Cornerstone Kids Academy LLC strives to provide quality care and services to all enrolled families. By enrolling your child in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:
Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined in our enrollment agreement. All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable. In the event of withdrawal from a program, a written notice must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Refunds for unused services may be issued at the discretion of management and are not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be provided for missed days due to illness, vacations, weather closures, or disciplinary actions. Summer camp and special event fees may be refundable only if cancellation is made before the posted deadline.

Cornerstone Kids Academy LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Cornerstone Kids Academy LLC is committed to providing high-quality care and programming. By enrolling your child, you agree to the terms of this refund policy:
All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable. Refunds for program fees will be considered only in cases of early withdrawal, with written notice submitted at least two weeks in advance. If approved, a prorated refund may be issued based on the number of days of service already used at the time of withdrawal.

Prorated refunds are calculated from the official withdrawal date and are applicable only to the unused portion of the prepaid tuition. No refunds will be granted for absences due to illness, personal vacations, weather-related closures, or disciplinary suspensions.

Summer camp, field trip, and event fees may be refundable only if cancellation occurs before the posted deadline. Late notice or failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

Cornerstone Kids Academy LLC reserves the right to deny or modify refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to amend this policy at any time. Continued participation in our programs indicates acceptance of the current refund policy.
